How long has Royal Pro been in business?
Royal Pro was incorporated and Licensed under the Real Estate Act in 1994.
WHAT IS ROYAL PRO’S BUSINESS?
Royal Pro’s main business is that of a “License Warehouse”. Real Estate Licensees who do not wish to be actively listing and selling real estate can keep their license current rather than leaving it expire. It offers a unique “3rd” alternative to keeping your valuable license active.
IS ROYAL PRO A MEMBER OF A REAL ESTATE BOARD?
No, Royal Pro is not a member of a Real Estate Board. In order to keep costs as low as possible for our members, Royal Pro chose not to become a member. As such there are no monthly fees of any kind.
CAN ROYAL PRO MEMBERS EARN REFERRAL INCOME?
Yes, a Royal Pro member can continue to earn referral fees from listing and sale opportunities they come across through their daily activities. Many of our members continue to manage their past clients and earn referral fees from the listing and sales opportunities.
CAN I REFER LEADS TO ANYONE I CHOSE?
Yes, you can refer leads to any active real estate agent you select. If you do not know an agent in a particular area, Royal Pro has an extensive Network of real estate agents we will recommend to you.
WHAT IF I HAVE A BUYER or A SELLER THAT ONLY WANTS TO WORK WITH ME?
A Royal Pro member can work with the client directly or co-operate on a pre-arranged basis with an active real estate agent. The Royal Pro member certainly has the option to actively work with his/her clients if they so wish.
IS THERE A FEE PAID TO ROYAL PRO ON COMMISSIONS I EARN AS A ROYAL PRO MEMBER?
Yes, on all fees and commissions earned, the Royal Pro Member receives 90% of the commissions. A minimum fee of $275 per transaction is retained by Royal Pro as a deal administration fee.
WHAT IS THE COST TO HAVE MY LICENSE AT ROYAL PRO?
The cost is only $495 per year, paid as an annual fee or you can pay $51/month. There are no other costs!
HOW CAN ROYAL PRO OFFER THIS EXCELLENT VALUE?
Royal Pro has created a business model that has eliminated most of the overhead cost and is able to pass these savings on to our members. You benefit!
CAN I KEEP MY REAL ESTATE LICENSE AND STILL WORK AT ANOTHER JOB?
Yes, as a result of changes in the Real Estate Act in July 2002, you can now keep your real estate license while working at another job.
ARE THERE FRANCHISE FEES TO BE PAID EACH MONTH?
No, Royal Pro is not a franchise and there are no monthly fees.
WHY SHOULD I JOIN ROYAL PRO?
Many licensed salespeople have joined Royal Pro for the following reasons:
- Their license is about to expire and they do not wish to lose it and face writing the exam again.
- They wish to take an extended leave from the business but want to keep their License active.
- They are presently licensed but not that active and do not want to keep paying the monthly board, office or franchise fees any longer
- They have a 9:15 License and wish to keep it active
- They have other employment and only wish to do a few deals a year and do not want to pay $3,000 to $5,000 per year to maintain their license with a member company of a Real Estate Board.
- Many of our members are retired and have an extensive past client list and wish to maintain contact with them for future referral business opportunities.
DOES ROYAL PRO MAINTAIN A TRUST ACCOUNT?
Yes, Royal Pro maintains a trust account like all real estate companies are required to under the Real Estate Act of BC.
HOW CAN ROYAL PRO BENEFIT ME?
